NO LUNCH BOX

A day off work, so the lunch box, nicely washed and stored in the cupboard, also had time to recuperate.

TODAY's LUNCH BOX

The contents of my lunch box were simply magnificent today. Mrs Barry again weaved her magic in the kitchen with the box brimming to the top _ it was quite a job this morning to fasten down the plastic blue lid. Today's lunch box

I had to iron seven shirts at 7.30am today. I am pretty good at ironing so it only took 15 minutes. As I was happily ironing away, Petra kindly offered to make my sandwiches. Contents of my sandwich box: 4 tinned salmon brown bread sandwiches _ with a hint of fresh lemon juice. 2 chocolate digestive biscuits. Banana, apple and satsuma. 1 Muller light raspberry & cranberry yoghurt. Consumption: Chocolate digestives were an early casualty, having being eaten by 11am. The delicious sandwiches were next, followed swiftly by the yoghurt. However, I managed to spill some yoghurt, while eating at my work desk, over my nicely ironed shirt. Fruit was devoured mid afternoon.
