Janaury 30 lunchbox

Hello Aled and Mrs B and Isabella. I am in Preston [north of England] this week, trying to get my head about mobile data challenges etc etc. Here is a little movie maker about my home town of Cardiff. Random Thought Be a sensible rabbit, avoid roads at night, especially busy ones

Breakfast: Rice Crispies... they were pretty impressive too with semi-skimmed cold organic milk Walk to Work: It was down Cowbridge Road East this morning, as I made my way into the centre of Cardiff. It was entirely incident free... apart from nearly being run over by an automobile. What's the worst thing that could happen if I kept on walking this morning? No real head space for that at the moment, but, no fresh gout attack permitting, I have calculated say covering a distance of 10 miles per day. So should be London in a two weeks time. Fancy going through the centre of France, then into Italy and North Africa. [tenses all over the place, but it's all coming from the street] Lunchbox: That was left behind today. So I wil no doubt hop over to Boots for one their sanitised Meal Deals. Random Thought: Who is going to be the next Permanent Secretary at the Welsh Assembly? Does anyone care? A shortlist has been drawn up I believe... is the affable Gareth Hall on it with his boss

Hello the global digital village. This image was taken about 10 minutes ago. So what does it say.? Apart from the obvious; like we really care... like this blog is so thought provoking world changing we cannot live without you Sion . Or simply, get a life you fool. Well taking the latter aside that's like a personal development plan question. These thoughts come straight to my mind. "We want people to think outside the box." But middle managers and those above, who put them in the boxes in the first place? When you go outside your comfort zone, you realise is wasn't really that comfortable. Not in my venue of work generation today, but plenty of work to do. I could do with a shave, but Rome can wait. No lunchbox today then, or walk to work. Remember failure is an option: This is becoming more fashionable, but me thinks that is a recipe for something NOT necessarily good. Would love to chat about that, but video I have yet to explore. I am small and you are tall. I like looking up from here, I can see through the French windows and into a peaceful garden, where birds of many sizes and colours come to feed. Breakfast: Agreeable bowl of Cornflakes with semi-skimmed cold milk. Walk to Work: My gout is on the wane... but no chickens and abacus! Mrs B again took me very close to my venue of income generation in her automobile. Isabella was in the back, just like a can of Campbell's soup in that Andy Warhol thing. Lunchbox: 4 organic beef sandwiches 2 digestive biscuits 1 satsuma, which I never got around to consuming. 1 banana... that was always going to be eaten. Random Thought One is you and two is love. Three is a child and four a story for all. Five is the sound of wonderful music and six a place I no longer miss Seven is a grave [I know this place] and eight a hotel on a hill. Nine is my future and past and 10 is a light that will shine long after I'm gone

Gout gout is the way I feel gout gout now I'm for real... does any one remember the Jam song? - not the band but on this blog? Breakfast: Very kindly bowl of Cornflakes with heated semi-skimmed organic milk. Walk to Work: You must be having a laugh. Mrs B had to again dropped me close to my venue of income generation. Lunchbox: Cherries... take that gout out my man! 4 ham and cheese sandwiches 2 digestive biscuits 1 apple 1 banana 1 satsuma Don't forget when yields go up property capital venues decline Random Thought I am going to the dogs. Steady there my friend, things are not so bad. You're very fortunate, just think about all those who are not so fortunate. I know you're right, but when you're down there is no point fighting things... just leave me a few days and I'll be fine. Yes perhaps you're right. Listen this weekend my greyhound is racing at the track so was wondering if you fancy coming along, it should be great fun. What he's name. Gouty.

January 7 lunchbox

Breakfast: Very decent bowl of Cornflakes with hot semi-skimmed organic milk. Walk to Work : My gout is still lingering... the pain, the incapacity, the depression. I dream of the Taff Trail. So Mrs B had to drop me very close to my venue of income generation. Isabella was in the back making very little fuss. Lunchbox Some cherries... good for gout I believe 4 ham and cheese sandwiches 1 banana 1 apple 1 satsuma 2 digestive biscuits Random Thought: You have to underestimate people quite often in life, if not nothing would get done. I am pretty relaxed about being underestimated, because I don't want to disappoint.
