Breakfast: smoked salmon with scrambled eggs at St David's Hotel and Spa in Cardiff Bay.
Walk to Work: Had a breakfast meeting with Wales's greatest living chartered surveyor, Matthew Phillips of Knight Frank, and the firm's head of research Catherine Penman, so I didn't take the scenic route. To save time I journeyed down Cowbridge Road East this morning... it was 7am so the traffic was still low key. Got to my office in the centre of Cardiff by 7.30am and took a pool car down to the Bay for the meeting.
The Lunchbox
2 rich tea biscuits
4 ham (cured Wiltshire variety from Tescos) and tomato sandwiches on granary bread.
1 banana
1apple
1 toffee flavoured yoghurt.
1 small container of kiwi fruit ,strawberries and grapes.
Enligthen us my good fellow!
WAS feeling really full from the breakfast so put back eating the biscuits until 11.30am, followed by the yoghurt.
Sandwiches were eaten by 1pm, followed by the friut
Random Thought:
