BREAKFAST: 3 Weetabix with hot milk.
THE WALK TO WORK
LEFT at 7.15am and it was all very low key. However, one observation from being on the Taff Trail an hour earlier than normal, is that you hit jogger rush hour.
The River Taff was practically unconscious.... so different from the rapids of last week.
Saw a squirrel coming down from a tree. When he got to the ground he disturbed a rather large Wood Pigeon, who opted for safety by taking to the air.
THE LUNCHBOX
2 Rich Tea biscuits
4 ham sandwiches on granary bread
2 small bananas.
1 apple
1 container of green grapes and strawberries.
1 Cherry flavoured Muller Light Yoghurt.
I'VE not thrown a dart in years!
Biscuits went early, followed by the bananas just after 11am. It was then the sandwiches and the container of fruit. Apple will remain a
companion until the afternoon.
RANDOM THOUGHT
Phone rings, you don't answer it, then your mobile phone goes 20 seconds later and you don't answer it. 30 seconds later there is a knock at the front door and you don't answer it.
Next morning you awake to find a letter has been put through your letter box.
It reads, "We rang you on your landline, then your mobile, and then knocked on the door last night, but with no reply.
"You are still occupying our home illegally and we are getting pretty fed up with the whole situation."
