April 12th lunchbox

MY good friend and proud red squirrel, RUFUS has just come back from art college in Paris....
This photograph comes from his new collection entitled the Waves of Spring.
Can you see Rufus in the bed of daffodils?

Breakfast: A bowl of branflakes with semi-skimmed cold milk and a croissant brought all the way from Paris yesterday, not by Refus, but my parents.... who to the best of my knowledge have never worked for the Catholic version of the FBI.

THE WALK to WORK.

Decided to up the pace this morning and increasing the length of my walking stride. Along the legendary River Taff trail. which leads right into the centre of the Welsh capital, it was really quiet(the Easter migration has begun).

Delighted to see the immacuately groomed white husky dog on the other side of the river in the splendid grounds of Cardiff Castle.

Wildlife on my side of the river didn't enter my line of vision.

Lunchbox
2 Rich Tea biscuits
1 banana
1 apple
4 salmon sandwiches (smoked variety) with a hint of lemon juice on granary bread
1 cherry flavoured yoghurt
1 small container of red and green grapes and a sliced up kiwi fruit.

I watched it with the sound down, but with the radio commentary on.

Biscuits were the first to go, followed by the banana and then the container of fruit. Just before midday it was the sandwiches and the yoghurt... apple is remaining behind to practice its goal kicking.

Random Thought:

2023: Last male to still be working in the Public Relations (PR) industry is found in a broom cupboard clutching a bottle of Rum for dear life in the basement of PR company Women do it Better.

Coming soon to this blog>>>> Podcasts about a whole host of things, including Washing Machines, Zimmer Frames and Almond Slices.

I really can't wait until the podcasts about the Zimmer Amond Slices. Thank you so much. I'm sure we'll all find that having that info at our fingertips will improve the universe as a whole integral part of the exitence thing(ghy).

Molto bene!

Suggest a nice relaxing weekend at La Torretta in the village of Casperia, between Rome and Rieti.
