Breakfast: Excellent bowl of Shreddies (not had them for quite a while) with cold milk
Walk to Work:
Again pretty quiet on the Taff Trail which takes me into centre of the Welsh capital.
The River Taff below was all peace and love, as a solitary fly fisher stood in the middle of its tranquil waters.
A dog bounded over the small pedestrian bridge with a stick in his mouth... his owner was way off the pace behind.
A fierce looking Raven was trying to pick a squirrel with its claws... it was never going to happen but 10 out 10 for effort.
Lunchbox
1 banana
2 chocolate digestive biscuits... I could eat more Petra Brown.
4 salmon sandwiches (tinned variety) with a hint of lemon juice.
1 small cotainer of a sliced kiwi, strawberries and grapes.
1 raspberry flavoured yoghurt.
Since I stopped wearing glasses my eye sight has improved dramatically...
Biscuits were first to fall, followed by the banana. Then had the sandwiches at 10 minutes to midday. Fruit mix was next, followed by the yoghurt
