June 19th lunchbox
MY lunchbox is well into the World Cup... here it is last night watching the South Korea v France game.
I was in the kitchen at the time making it a half time snack!
BREAKFAST: Was out running at 6.40am (middle aged crisis and all that!) so really enjoyed my bowl of branflakes with semi-skimmed cold milk.
THE Walk To Work.
IT was drizzling as I left for work with my trusty umbrella for company. So it was down the lengendary River Taff Trial, which as you should all know by now leads into the centre of the Welsh capital Cardiff, or if you are Welsh speaking Caerdydd.
Quite a few cyclists whizzed past and a great many dogs too were enjoying an early walk.
Only a few ducks were on the River Taff below.
LUNCHBOX
4 salmon sandwiches (tinned variety) with a hint of lemon juice on granary bread.
1 apple, satsuma, plum and banana.
To be honest I don't think that hat is really you.
Sandwiches went first, then all that fruit...
RANDOM THOUGHT
2100: In the biggest land deal in history China buys Alaska off America for zillions of dollars. US cannot complain as it bought it for peanuts off the Russians in the 19th century... nice bit of business all round.
To Ann Williamson of Ulster: Isabella is doing just great. She now weighs, approaching 10lbs, and has discovered the delights of smiling... enjoy the ballet this week

Yes you are right (I think) because there is a place called Wales somewhere in Alaska.
I think China should buy Wales too (the country) and call it Little China in Europe. Could be a good deal for all the residents of Wales.
Have a tremendous evening
