July 27th lunchbox
BREAKFAST: Very enjoyable bowl of Cornflakes with semi-skimmed cold milk.
WALK to WORK: It was down the River Taff Trail where the River Taff below was motionless. A bit cooler than of late. Nearly an accident as a woman on joining the trail had to move rather sharpish to avoid a cyclist travelling at tremendous speed.

2 digestive biscuits
Bloody hell guys I said prune it not cut the thing down!
Food was all consumed by midday

I have come back in time to the planet, Earth, to seek a certain Sir Bob Geldof for a game of three-dimensional chess... and a great piss up in Temple Bar, Dublin.
