Jamuary 23 lunchbox
BREAKFAST: Bowl of Branflakes with semi-skimmed cold milk; two pieces of brown toast with Olivio spread and blackcurrant jam and a cup of hot water with lemon.
Walk to Work; It was down the Taff Trial this morning, where a whole array of dogs and their owners were out in force. River Taff was pretty relaxed looking, while demolition activity at the home of Glamorgan County Cricket, Sophia Gardens, had moved up a few gears. The pavilion is nearly completed demolished and could be gone by the morning. Further along and a cyclist had to swerve fiercely to avoid a pedestrian.
