BREAKFAST: Bowl of Cornflakes with semi-skimmed organic milk. Not sure about them... they have felt funny all week. Perhaps a bad production run. Walk to Work: It was down Cowbridge Road East which as around 0.000001% of the world's population might know takes one [or two] into the centre of Cardiff. It was quite cold this morning here in Cardiff. I didn't factor that in when I opted not to wear a coat. But I moved quickly and stood up to the cold strong winds with great courage. Lunchbox: I left my great friend at home. So I opted to buy two salmon and cucumber sandwiches in M&S with a carton of orange juice. Mrs B also sent me on a errand to the Clinque counter at Howells Dept store. Random Thought: When signing a leaving card for someone in work my advice would be to find someone as quickly as possible to pass it onto. You don't want it remaining on your desk... as it can quickly start to play tricks with your mind.

Bad knee , ankle etc etc on account of last night stupidly trying to follow a keep fit video on the television screen, in our front room, with Mrs B. It's a shame to see a once great athlete going out in the first heat! Breakfast: Just a nice and easy bowl of Cornflakes with semi-skimmed cold organic milk, which I had to share with our 22 month old daughter Isabella. Walk to Work: I did manage it, but the pain... oh boy! En route I managed to plug into a conversation for around 200 yards taking place behind me between two girls, who I am assuming were students. One was from Cuba and was talking to the other girl about salsa dancing. They were slagging off a salsa dance teacher who they described as being too arrogant and not particularly good either. The other girl was English and said she was spending all here time Salsa dancing; which has to beat taking drugs and drinking heavily. Yes/No vote? Lunchbox: 2 digestive biscuits 4 salmon sandwiches on organic rye bread with a hint of...

Breakfast: Bowl of Weetabix with hot semi-skimmed organic milk Walk to Work: Yes I managed this this morning. It was pretty cold here in South Wales, but it was down Cowbridge Road East, which takes you into the centre of Cardiff. Traffic was okay, but it was before the peak of morning rush hour. En route I came across work colleague Aled Blake. The conversation was nice and easy as we entered our venue of income generation. Lunchbox: Welcome back my friend! 4 ham sandwiches on organic rye bread Quite a few cherries 1 banana 1 apple Random Thought A golden star, that's what you are!

February 14 lunchbox

Breakfast: Not something I really wanted to go through today. Walk to Work: My body over the last few days feels like it has been attacked by a baseball bat, not the American variety but the Cardiff [not many people will understand this]. Mrs B dropped me very close to my venue of income generation. It was bitterly cold and Valentine' s Day.... a winning combination Lunchbox: This didn't happen either, due to serious man flu.... oh the drama of a man in his early 40s so many issues, hopes and fading greatness [hang on kid you were never great] Random Thought Time on your hands, money in bank? Then take a stroll at 11am, to a betting shop or cafe for cafe. The air feels cleaner somehow. I know let's take a ride to the seaside after a nice lunch. Oh yes darling let's At 8pm I was out on an errand delivering a letter to a chap who lives in a house on a road called Maes yr Anedd.

BREAKFAST: That didn't happen this morning, my appetite is not the best due to illness. Mrs B is at Highgrove today for a meeting with Prince Charles, I kid you not, so I had to drop Isabella at nursery. Walk to Work: Having dropped the car in the Grangetown area of Cardiff, it was only a 10 minute walk into work. Lunch: A pretty hideous meal deal from Boots. Random Thought: Repeat after me: Each day I see the little people... they are everywhere.

BREAKFAST: Just a bowl of Cornflakes with semi-skimmed cold milk Walk to Work: Not in my venue of income generation today. I'm looking after Isabella as Mrs B is in London on business. Weather permitting we might take a little trip down to Barry Island this afternoon Random Thought: I don't think I could now break a 5 minute mile... even if I trained seriously without the interuption of gout and other ailments. A little image-based video of Isabella, me and her Los Angeles residing aunty Sarah... my sister

Breakfast: Just a bowl of Cornflakes with semi-skimmed cold organic milk. Walk to Work: Mrs B dropped me to work, it wasn't a gout thing, but just a necessity of getting to my venue of income generation earlier than normal just before 8am. Will hope to get away sometime after 6pm. Lucnhbox: 4 ham and salad sandwiches 2 digestive biscuits 1 banana some cherries and grapes Random Thought: There are people out there who would to like to see me fall.... and will use any means to make it so. If you succeed great for you, but don't count any chickens.
