March 17th lunchbox
HERE is that crazy lunchbox of mine again, next to a wolf carved from a tree... They have been pen friends for years, but finally met up last week... it was very emotional I can tell you!
Breakfast: Bowl of Cornflakes with semi-skimmed milk
The Walk to Work.
Snowflakes in the air as I set off this morning. Down the River Taff Trail and a pair of swans were effortlessly making their way up stream... good for them.
A very active Sheepdog was on the other side of the river. Rubbish levels on the bank leading down to the River Taff are still appalling.
The lunchbox
2 rich Tea biscuits
4 ham sandwiches (we have run out of cherry tomatoes) on granary bread
1 apple
1 banana
1 container of chopped up plum and grapes
1 Cherry flavoured Muller Light Yoghurt... a constant loyal lunch time companion
Not there! Look over here!
Biscuits were gone by 11am. I then went fruit crazy, before seeing off the sandwiches just before midday. The yoghurt was then consumed... leaving the apple until later.
Random Thought:
Christmas Day 2010: The world's biggest umbrella (1 mile in diameter and pictured from inside above) is successfully opened in Ohio.
Have a delicious lunch and a brilliant and truly senational weekend!
