March 21st lunchbox

Sir Terry Matthews gives an insight into the latest developments in bleeding cut your finger edge Voice over Lunchbox (VOLB) technology.

His pearls of wisdom represent the first voice transmission via a VOLB network.... so apologies if it sort of makes him in parts sounds more West Country than Newbridge/Ottawa.

Look at this picture and just sit back and relax.
Now visualise something really positive... now hold it.... hold it a bit longer... and breathe out.
Now count down slowly from 10 to 1. Get up from your seat, nice and easy, and stretch up your arms as high as they can go above your head. Hold it for 20 seconds and gently shake yourself down

BREAKFAST: Bowl of branflakes with semi-skimmed milk

The Walk to Work
Birdsong was awesome this morning along the River Taff Trail, but it soon turned to the voices of humans. First it was a couple linked arm in arm talking in Welsh.
Then two young women jogging approached and they were not speaking Welsh, but almost certainly Spanish.
Joggers were out in force on both sides of the River Taff. The immaculate White Husky I see often was out walking with his owner too.

Lunchbox
1 banana
1 apple
4 ham and tomato sandwiches on granary bread.
1 toffee flavoured yoghurt
1 container of thinly sliced kiwi friut and redtapes.
2 chocolate digestive biscuits

If you kids don't knock it off, I'm binning Christmas! (charming)

Banana was first to fall just before 11am, followed by the biscuits. I then went for the sandwiches and yoghurt at 11.30am... a bit too early I know. It was then the apple with the container of fruit crossing the line last, but encouragingly in a season's best.
