The Walk to Work
Wondrous this morning with a nice drying wind in play after three days of continuous rain. Down the River Taff Trail, and arguably Wales' best known river, the Taff, was moving at a rapid speed. Quite a few cyclists whistled passed me. Again no wildlife to be seen.
THE Lunchbox
2 bananas (kids sized ones)
1 apple
4 salmon sandwiches (smoked variety) with a hint of lemon juice
1 cranberry and raspberry Muller Light yoghurt
2 chocolate digestive biscuits.
1 small container of a cut up plum and a sliced kiwi fruit... great combination this one
This is Cape Treorchy, what is your status... over.
Bananas went very early at 10.3oam, followed by the biscuits. Sandwiches were eaten by 11.30am. I then had the yoghurt and the container of fruit... keeping the apple until later.
Random Thought
Tomorrow is walking backwards day. It will be held in every country on the planet except for North Korea, which will stage a one off walking forwards day.
You don't have to walk backwards all day, because that would be very silly. But if you could only manage say 10 steps... perhaps on the walk into work, that would be great.
