Breakfast: Bowl of Branflakes (radical) and semi-skimmed cold milk
The Walk to Work: Great rain again today... and by jolly we need it.
Through Pontcanna Fields and down the River Taff Trail. There were quite a few dogs out and about this morning with their owners.
Even though I was sporting my i-Pod I was aware of a rumbling noise behind. I turned around and approaching was a young chap on a skateboard... it was great to see an alternative mode of Taff Trail transport which is so robotically dominated by the cycling brigade.
Ducks were in their element this morning and saw two taking to the air... a sight to behold.
The Lunchbox.
2 rich tea biscuits
4 salmon sandwiches (tinned variety) on granary bread with a hint of lemon juice.
1 banana
1 apple
1 small container of thinly sliced kiwi fruit, some green grapes and a cut up plum... very good Mrs B
1 strawberry flavoured Muller Light Yoghurt
Come on come on we haven't got all day!
Biscuits were gone by 11am. Had the sandwiches just after midday with the yoghurt. I then went for the fruit and have to say plums do work well with kiwi fruit... the apple was the last to go.
