BREAKFAST: Amazing bowl of 3 Weetabix with semi-skimmed cold milk

The Walk to Work: It had to be down the legendary, or yes the legendary, River Taff Trail.
It was pretty low key today... apart from a few eager cyclists whistling past me.
There were a few ducks on the river below and for the first time in ages I also saw the 2 regal Swans too.

Lunchbox

4 ham and salad sandwiches on granary bread
1 banana
1 strawberry flavoured yoghurt
1 piece of chocolate torte.
2 digestive biscuits
some grapes wrapped in tinfoil.

Was all consumed by 1pm

Random Thought.

Continuation from yesterday's entry

It is late at the Welsh Assembly and First Minister Rhodri Morgan enters the office of Minister for Enterprise, Innovation and Networks Andrew Davies.
Andrew has just sealed a handwritten letter addressed to telecommunications billionaire Sir Terry Matthews.
He is so engrossed admiring the envelope that he doesn't notice the First Minister until he looks up in horror to find him leaning over his desk
Instinctively he tries to hide the letter under a pile of papers, but as quick as a flash Rhodri snatches the letter out of his hands
Rhodri reads the envelope and with a stern look on his face said, "Why are you writing to Terry, Andrew?"
Andrew, looking nervous replies, "Oh it's nothing Rhodri."
"It must be something Andrew and I want you to the tell what you have written, " replied an even angrier looking Rhodri
Andrew, gazes through the glass windows of his office in the hope that his spinmeister Simon Jenkins is outside and can save the day. but he had left an hour earlier for an antiques show in Port Talbot.
"Come on Andrew I haven't got all bloody day, "screamed Rhodri.

To be continued

Have a great weekend.
