December 29 lunchbox

BELATED birthday greetings to this blog, which was one year old yesterday.
I managed to pen an entry every day, including hundreds of Random Thoughts.
Here is one of my favourites from March 10th
.
Random Thought:
2100. The Estonian team wearily emerge from a deep cave complex in Bolivia after 90 years to take the inaugural World Hide and Seek title.

The first team to be eliminated, after only 33 mins _ way back in 2010 _ were the Italian team (pictured above) who were spotted happily sipping cappuccinos and generally gossiping in a popular cafe in Rieti.

Have also done quite a few podcasts. I quite like this one from back in March.

Jimmy Saville has Fixed-it very nicely for Andrew Davies to become the First Minister for Wales. He is currently only Minister for Economic Development, Transport. Energy, etc etc.
But from next month he will be MEIN, which is Minister for Enterprise Innovation and Networks.

Happy Birthday to the blog!

When people talk about great British institutions, they are usually referring to things like Coronation Street and smallpox which we'd be better off without, but - to go all Churchillian for a second - never in the field of human comedy has so much randomness made such a diverse slice of the population laugh so loudly.

Let's hope it grows up to play basketball.
