August 20 lunchbox

BREAKFAST:
All is well bowl of Weetabix with semi-skimmed organic milk, which again captured the intense interest of my daughter Isabella, pictured some months back above.
Walk to Work:
It was down the infamous Cowbridge Road East, where the 1927 Cafe had two workers, who had parked a huge truck outside, as its only customers merrily devouring two huge cooked breakfasts.
Over Canton Bridge and into the centre of Cardiff, a coach with the Argentinian rugby team passed by. Could have been heading for the M4, or possibly Cardiff International Airport for a flight to France.
Lunchbox
4 ham and tomato sandwiches
1 apple
1 banana
2 chocolate digestive biscuits
Some cherries.
Considering purchasing a raincoat this lunchtime.

Random Thought
2070: Shakin Stevens, who is pretty old yes but still a great performer, plays his first gig in the Antarctican capital of AmundScott

I am that fan! Allan had not previously seen your blog but did have a chuckle when he read your post re smoke detectors. We are in actually in smoke extraction but whoever said that journalists are always factually accurate?
I'm going back to being a silent blog fan now, but thanks for the mention. Jacquie

I'd like to know more about the raincoat

Fireman Taff here. Raincoats are all very well but they won't improve the Welsh back line.
Talking of Mr Stephens set me oscillating along a similar theme as Ihave never possessed a gren door!
Anyway, I read about a man in neath who claims he became a hooligan because his dad wouldn't let him listen to his favourite song "Do ya think I'm sexy?" Yes, if you spare the Rod, you'll spoil the child.
