September 27 lunchbox

Breakfast:

Just a "deal with it" bowl of Shreddies with semi-skimmed cold organic milk.

Walk to Work:
It was down Cowbridge Road East which takes you rapidly along into the centre of Cardiff. Californians would have real issues with it's down beat nature, but I'm not particularly bothered by that.

At 10am I hooked up with Welsh finance wizard Harry Lewis [pictured above]. We had a very nice coffee... with Lucy from Swansea, who is not with the GMB union!

Harry is a keen diarist and has penned a daily entry since he was 18. He is currently in dicussions with a New York publishing house. Harry has shed quite a bit of weight too... some 16 pounds to be exact in the last few months. But I would love to read Harry's entry about the telecommunications sector in Shropshire!

As for Harry and the credit crunch... let's just say it's best not to go there.

Now Harry is a very competitive soul, which is a good trait to have. We once had an entralling round of golf at Royal Porthcawl many years ago, when I beat him by one hole after a sublime 18ft putt on the 17th. Anyway perhaps a game of tennis next.

Lunch
4 ham and salad sandwiches
1 banana
1 Rachel's organic yoghurt

Random Thought:

2008: Harry Lewis makes a killing with his new cereal "Credit Crunch" For those toxic debt subprimers one spoonful and they go a little bit more than "Snap, crackle and pop!"
